Through the order/contact form on the website, we collect the data the visitor enters themselves: sender’s and orderer’s name/company, address, contact person and phone number, the orderer’s email address, and details of the vehicle to be transported.

The data is used to process the request or order submitted through the form and to communicate with the client (preparation/performance of a contract), as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g. fraud prevention).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to process the request/order and to fulfil related legal obligations.

Data may be shared with partners necessary to provide the service (e.g. transport partners), our accounting and IT service providers, and authorities where required by law.
